Throughout this Memorial Day weekend, 87 teams participated in 4 game titles (Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, League of Legends, Rocket League, and Valorant). This event was planned in the span of a month with its advertisement occurring the week before the event. This brought together over 300 Discord members as well as 212 attendees who planned on competing for their respective games. On Saturday and Sunday, brackets were run for every game to determine the grand finalist who would compete on Monday for the 1st place plaques as well as the monetary prize pool.
On Monday morning, the Rocket League grand finals featuring Carmel Esports RL Gold versus Syosset Braves in a best of 5 series. In a close series, Carmel Esports Gold came out victorious with a 3 to 0 victory over their opponents coming from New York. Up next were the League of Legends grand finals where Carmel Esports LoL Gold faced off against John Adams High School. In this series, Carmel Esports LoL Gold beat John Adams 2 to 0 creating a bracket reset (Carmel Esports LoL Gold came from the loser's bracket) where they once again beat John Adams 2 to 0 to come out as the champions for League of Legends. Following the League of Legends finals, kd0g from Manheim Township High School faced off against Mouze from Loy Norrix in a best of 5 series where kd0g came out as the winner in a very close, 3 to 2 series. Finally, the Valorant grand finals featuring Sachem Flaming Arrows from New York vs Carmel Esports Gold took place in a best of 3 series. This series was back and forth until the end where Sachem Flaming Arrows came out victorious in a close 2 to 1 victory.
